How can I get it? How do I use it?
Patients with sever bone cancer are very commonly prescribed for annual dosage that they get every six months through injection at doctors offices. I can only imagine that if one were to have sensitive teeth they could simply go to the store and purchase some toothpaste with said ingredient.
How is it used?
Strontium works in many different ways but mainly in the strengthening of bone. It is usually taken to strengthen bones in forms of bone cancer but surprisingly enough, it is very commonly used in name brand toothpastes to help sensitive teeth.
Basic info
Strontium 89 is a medically used drug to prevent metastatic bone pain in patients with bone cancer. It's radio active decay is beta and is what you would refer to as a earth metal.
